Carver: Yamamoto.
Medium: Japanese woodblock print.
Condition: Left margin partially trimmed. Backed with paper. Fading.
- "The Musashi Plain west of Edo, now Kanto Plain on which Tokyo sits with its suburbs, was said to be haunted by magic foxes that occasionally took human form or adopted human qualities.
